Darlington Point Cotton Weed Management Workshop: A one-day CottonInfo workshop for cotton growers and consultants on strategies to manage herbicide resistant weeds in cotton farming systems.
Increasing incidence of weeds that cannot be controlled with glyphosate is forcing a re-think on the range and diversity of weed management tactics used in Australian cotton production systems. Increasingly growers must integrate a wider range of management tools just to keep ahead of their weeds. The workshop will be in a small group format and will start at 8:30am and finish by 5pm (or earlier). Participant numbers will be limited to ensure active participation and discussion – so book early. The workshops will cost $50pp (GST inclusive).
Date: Thursday 30 June, 2016
Time: 8:30am to 5pm
Location: Darlington Point Sports Club, 6 DeMamiel St
