CCA is pleased to present the CCA Early Career Workshop as part of the GRDC / CRDC co-funded Early Career Project.
CCA has collaborated with members who are in the early stages of their careers to create an agenda that caters to their current needs and interests. This workshop is specifically designed for those who are just starting out in their careers to learn, network, ask questions, and potentially make lifelong professional and personal friendships.
If you are a student, consultant, a researcher, or a broader industry member who is just starting out - this workshop is for you.
Drawing upon their extensive experience in leadership and performance and resilience within the agricultural sector, Jill and Don will deliver an engaging workshop tailored for individuals in the early stages of their agricultural careers.
The workshop will focus on the following key areas:
Leadership
Communication and strong relationships
Generating agreement
Maintaining energy and resilience.
The sessions will be interactive, encouraging active participation from attendees. The day will also include a panel of experienced professionals from the CCA network to provide valuable feedback and advice.
