National Carp Control Plan community briefing session - Dubbo

The National Carp Control Plan (NCCP) is exploring the possible release of the carp virus, Cyprinid herpesvirus 3, as a biocontrol agent, to reduce the prevalence of carp in our waterways. 

The NCCP is partnering with state agencies and natural resource management bodies to host more than 40 community briefing sessions in carp-affected communities across five states - including in cotton communities in NSW and QLD - between October and December 2017.
